How K89 sells

K89 sells Japanese music, collectibles, games and related physical goods directly to customers. Some products are held by K89; some may be sourced to order from Japanese suppliers after a customer places an order. Availability can therefore change. If K89 is unable to fulfill a paid order, K89 will cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item or order.

K89 is an independent retailer and archive. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, K89 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of the brands, artists, labels, publishers or rights holders whose products are documented or sold.

Prices, payment and additional charges

• Product prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. The checkout total is authoritative.
• Payment is processed by Square when the order is placed.
• Shipping is calculated before payment. Import duties, taxes or customs-related charges are handled as described on the Shipping & Customs page and at checkout.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders are prepared or sourced after payment and shipped from Japan. Delivery estimates and available services are published on the Shipping & Customs page and shown during checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because customs, carrier operations, holidays and destination conditions can cause delays.
